Yes the price is fixed, once we have agreed exactly what you require from me. I will draw up a contract explain everything clearly and it will be a set fixed monthly or annual fee, that will be reviewed annually.

No I am a MAAT Accountant. A fully qualifed member of the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians), licensed for AML with HMRC and hold Professional Indeminty Insurance. I am also a student member of Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), studying to deepen my understanding of the UK tax system and become a Chartered Tax Advisor. The label is not important. It is to give me the knowledge to help clients with more complex matters.

I work remotely, I’m a resident in Spain, but also spend a significant amount of time in the UK. This does not affect the service you receive. All of my work is cloud based and handled online, which means faster responses, flexible availability and no reliance on office hours because I’m always at work.

In practice, this works better than a traditional local accountant. Communication is clear, turnaround times are quick, and everything is properly documented.

Most communication is done by WhatsApp or email, and if something is easier to talk through on the phone we will talk on the phone or video. I aim to respond quickly, clearly and on the same day. You will never be left waiting days or weeks for a reply.

If something is urgent, just say so and I will be on it. Clear communication is a big part of the service and something I take seriously.

Tax support means making sure your business is structured correctly and that you take advantage of every legal allowance available. Nothing aggressive and nothing questionable. If you have any questions about tax in your business ask me, and I will answer. If I do not know the answer, I will tell you honestly and seek advice within my professional network on your behalf.

Yes, I am currently taking on new clients. That won’t always be the case.

My priority is to provide a high-quality service and give proper attention to each client. I have no plans to expand rapidly or hire juniors to do the work. Once my client list is full, I will simply stop taking on new clients.
